Yocto Capitals — Legal

Cookie Policy

Last updated June 24, 2026

This policy explains the small number of cookies Yocto Capitals uses and why. We use them to operate the service securely — not to track you across the web. It is a template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. We use only strictly necessary cookies — the ones required for the platform to work and to keep your account secure.

Cookies we use

Our cookies fall into two purposes:

  • Session: an httpOnly, SameSite cookie that keeps you signed in. It can’t be read by scripts and rotates on a short cycle, so a stolen token expires quickly.
  • Security: a token used to protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) on every state-changing request.

What we don’t do

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles or follow you across other websites.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but because ours are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from signing in and using the platform. Signing out clears your session.

Changes

If we ever introduce additional cookie categories, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
