1. Operating entity & regulation

This website and the Yocto Capitals platform are operated by Yocto Capitals LLC. Yocto Capitals is authorized by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Mauritius with registration number 189726 and holds an Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, Excluding Underwriting) license, number GB202451602.

Its registered office is at 8th Floor, NEXSKY Building, Ebène Cybercity, Quatre Bornes 72249, Mauritius.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and complete identity verification before transacting. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to enable the security features we make available.

3. The service

Yocto Capitals provides tools to deposit funds, receive periodic returns and commissions, and request withdrawals, all recorded on an append-only ledger. Returns are discretionary, reviewed before publication, and are not guaranteed.

4. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits are credited after confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to verification status, per-tier limits, cool-down windows, and review — including two-person approval for larger amounts. We may decline or delay a transaction where required for compliance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent its controls, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yocto Capitals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
